DSearchit is a global registry designed to assist in reporting and verifying lost or stolen devices, including but not limited to mobile phones (using IMEI), laptops (using serial numbers), and watches (using serial numbers). Users can:

• Search the registry to verify the status of a device. 
• Register lost or stolen devices.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the "DSearch it" application ("App/Web APP"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide when registering a lost or stolen device.

• You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes.
• You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems.
• You agree not to input false information.
• You understand that misusing the app may result in legal consequences.

4. Privacy and Data Protection

• We are committed to protecting your privacy.
• Contact information provided during registration will not be publicly displayed.
• We will handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.
• We reserve the right to share information with law enforcement when legally required.

5. Intellectual Property

1. The App and its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, and software, are the property of dsearchit and are protected by intellectual property laws.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

• The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied.
• We do not warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.  
• We do not warrant that all devices registered as stolen are in fact stolen.
•  We are a registry, and cannot confirm the validity of all entries.
• We are not liable for any losses or damages resulting from the use of the App.

7. Limitation of Liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, dsearchit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
• We are not responsible for any legal issues arising from purchases of stolen devices. It is the buyers responsibility to verify the device.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold dsearchit harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of the App or your violation of these Terms.

9. Changes to Terms

• We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on the App.
• Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the user's country.

12. Device Registration and Verification

• dsearchit is a registry tool, and does not replace law enforcement. It is up to the user to contact the appropriate authorities.
• dsearchit does not guarantee the recovery of lost or stolen devices.
• Users are responsible for the information they provide when registering devices.

13. Prohibited Conduct

• Users are prohibited from using the app to conduct illegal activities.
• Users are prohibited from uploading malicious software.
• Users are prohibited from attempting to overload the apps servers.
• Users are prohibited from attempting to gain unauthorized access to any information.
